Interviews are awarded based solely on UCAT once academic threshold met.

In 2019 applicants with a score or 2730 were invited to an interview.

Personal Statement

This is not assessed, but may be used to differentiate between applicants who have achieved the same UCAT score.

A Level: AAA including Chemistry and either Biology, Physics or Mathematics.

International Baccalaureate

36 points overall with 18 at Higher Level, including 6, 6 at Higher Level in Chemistry and one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics (either Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretations)

Graduate Applicatant Degree Requirements

Graduates are required to obtain a 2:1 in their degree plus ABB at A-level, including A in Chemistry and B in either Biology, Physics or Mathematics.

Widening Participation

A-Levels: AAC including AA in Chemistry and one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics, or ABB including A in Chemistry and B in one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics

IB: 32 points overall with 16 at Higher Level, including 6 at Higher Level in Chemistry and 5 at Higher Level in one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics (either Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretations)
