AAA at A Level including Biology and Chemistry. These grades cannot include A Levels in General Studies or Critical Thinking. For those that meet the WP criteria, they will accept AAB at A-level (including Biology and Chemistry).
Either AAA in Advanced Highers including Biology and Chemistry or AA in Advanced Higher Biology and Chemistry with a grade A in two additional Higher subjects.
International Baccalaureate
36 points including Biology and Chemistry at Higher level at grade 6. For widening participation applicants they will accept 35 points.
Graduate Applicant Degree Requirements
Applicants should hold, or expect to hold, a first or upper second class science degree and have achieved BBB at A-Level, including Chemistry and Biology. The GCSE English and Maths requirements must still be met.
If you hold (or expect to hold) a first or upper second class honours degree but do not have the necessary knowledge of Biology and Chemistry, you should consider entry via the Access to Medicine route.
