GCSE Requrements for Keele University School of Medicine are:

- Science - Grade 6 minimum in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, or Double/Triple award science including all 3 sciences
- Other requiremants - 5 GCSEs at grade 7 minimum

A-levels or Scottish Higher requirements.
AAA at A level completed within a two-year period, to include Chemistry or Biology plus a second science (Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Further Maths, Maths, Physics, Psychology, Statistics) and a third academic subject. Only one from Maths, Further Maths and Statistics may be included in the offer. Science A-levels awarded by English examination boards must include a pass in the practical endorsement. Pre-reform A Levels in General Studies, Citizenship and Critical Thinking are not accepted.
Scottish Highers: minimum of AAAAB, including Chemistry or Biology plus a second science (Biology/Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics) both at A, to be achieved by the end of S5. Advanced Highers: minimum of AB including Chemistry or Biology sat in S6. Any additional subject sat at Higher Level in S6 must be achieved at grade B or higher.
35 points from six academic subjects. Extended essay and Theory of Knowledge marks are not included in this total but these components must have been completed satisfactorily. Higher level grades of 6,6,6 expected, to include Biology or Chemistry plus a second science (Biology/Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics). Standard level grades of 6,6,5 expected. English Language (Language A) at SL grade 6 is acceptable in lieu of GCSE English language but all other GCSE requirements (or equivalent) must have been completed.
Graduate Applicant Degree Requirements
If the applicant has a 2:1 degree in any discipline then BBB at A level would be considered. Graduate applicants not meeting this requirement must have taken the GAMSAT and have achieved certain scores.
